"well slept and refreshed"....... I remember seeing some RoA research
done about 20 years ago which surveyed Southern Aurora passengers and
found that most reported sleeping poorly on the train and feeling
tired on arrival.  This certainly reflects my most recent sleeping car
experience, on the Gold Coast Motor-rail shortly before its demise.
