Jeez, why don't they just buy their ticket while they are already in the
Newsagent. Seems easier to me. And if the Newsagent doesn't sell them, then
it sounds like he should stop complaining, and get them in.

(P.S. I am assuming you are in Melbourne; I don't know what the situation
is with rail tickets from newsagents in Sydney or elsewhere)
