What ever happened to customer service. No wonder no one will use public
service. If I were to board a tram not being able to get a ticket for what
ever reason but having cash on me to pay and was then fined $100 for not
having a ticket you better believe heads would role in the courts and some
people would feel the heat of the media.
All I can say is that there are some out there who would do well to grow a
brain.
