I would suggest they operate under the same rule as we do - you cannot
depart a 'pick up' station before the advertised departure time.
Travelled on The Vinelander in it's dying days - spent a total of approx
1 hour waiting time at Ballarat, Maryborough, Donald, Ouyen.....I see no
reason why the Overdue would be any different.
