The last plan put out involved building platforms on the Sandringham
lines and none others. I think the idea may have been to do it alongside
the realignment but I am not sure. This would have been stuffed up with
the Sandringham trains using Platforms 8&9 as they no longer use the
lines proposed for the platform to reach Flinder Street.
