Of course the ATMs will still sell a daily, because it's up to the Validator to
decide what time the ticket expires. You could be buying the ticket to use the
next day.

Asked a Met guy at Melb Central about this yesterday. The ticket is valid for
the trip if you enter the fare paid zone while the ticket is valid.

But I did think of another question!
If I buy a Rail Plus 2 (2 stops only) at Auburn Stn, intending to go to
Riversdale... but I have to change at Camberwell from platform 1 over to
platform 2, will the gates on the way out of platform 1 give back my ticket?
