Pilot staff working was decommissioned a few years ago. They used to use Safeworking
inspectors as Pilotmen, but they don't have safeworking inspectors anymore. They were
replaced by Field operations controllers who were office workers put in the field. Most
of them wouldn't know what a staff was :)

To be honest.. do you think they care? If they did.. they would have made localised
interlockings at Merinda Park and Cranbourne. All in the name of saving the almighty
dollar :)
ANyway.. its christmas.. they probably won't make an attempt to fix it untill the staff
are on Normal wages.. Can't have overtime during the holidays :)
