3801 will just be sort of "coasting along".  That way you get the
sound of a heritage-squared (heritage x heritage) diesel/steam combo
that will make 3801 sound like a diesel and the 44 or 45 look like a
steam loco after repainting in green and yellow.

Stick a funnel on top of the diesel and a face on it's front and
no-one will ever know the difference, except a few nitpicking
rail-fans, probably the same ones who picked all the inconsistencies
in "Day of the Roses".
