I suggested the ELs as I was trying to be practical.  S class wouldn't
have the range or longevity and I'm sure WCR won't want to fiddle with
the wheels/tyres yet again on R711 and R7xx when it comes to
regauging: though at least it would give the New South Welshpersons
more mainline steam to ogle at.
