How does this happen?  I'm not too clear about how someone can fall out
unless they are forcing the doors open.  If this is the case, tough luck -
they ask for it.

I'm not sure but I think I saw the calling for tenders in the SMH for a door
interlock system about a month ago.  Again, I stress I'm not sure.
