Does the Richmond upgrade have anything to do with the proposal to open the RAAF base for civilian traffic? The RAAF is supposedly relocating all Richmond activities to Willamtown in a few years. The idea is to move some of the Kingsford Smith traffic to Richmond, much like Gatwick in London. Cheers David
