Perhaps, but when it comes time to do any calculations the figures need to be
expressed as %.Regarding curves, whenever you deviate from a straight line most
people talk in terms of degrees wheather using a compass or a theodolite (SP?)
"Dropping into meaningless decimals"? you just take it to as many decimal
places as meeded.
