Steepest train/tram line

According to the new book "The era of the Bush Tram in New Zealand" by Paul
Mahoney, the bush tram at Otaki Forks, New Zealand (wooden rails) operated a
100m section at 1 in 6 (and incidentally also had a 16ft radius curve). The
line was operated by Fordson tractors mounted on railway wheels.
