An even more interesting question re Freightcorp & Leigh Creek coal , now that AN doesnt exist anymore. Who would qualify Freightcorp Drivers to drive on the Leigh creek line , bearing in mind that currently it is ASR drivers who work this line , and I doubt that ASR is likely to want to cooperate with Freightcorp. Who actually owns the Leigh Creek line. Does ARTC have any loco inspectors? MD
