Upfield launch

The enhanced Upfield service commences on Sun.6.12 (matching other routes
in Melbourne).  For the ceremony, a special three-car Comeng with a Bayside
logo will run:
Flinders St pfm 8 10.52; North Melbourne 11.02-30 (Minister Cooper boards);
Royal Park 11.35-55; Coburg arr. 12.00, return empty to Flinders St.

I will be too busy to attend, but would appreciate a photo for RNV.
