MagLev for Newcastle

This week the MagLev circus was in Newcastle telling one and all about
their latest plan. It seems they have accepted the loss of their VFT bid
for Canberra however they have shifted their focus to Newcastle and
Williamtown Airport in particular. They are now lobbying the Government
to run a VFT to Williamtown Airport should it be named as the second
Sydney Airport option ahead of Badgeries Creek. I wonder if they know
something about airports we don't?
