The return of billboard frieght wagons ?

Greetings all.

Noted recently in Tottenham yard a bulk grain wagon (VHGY?) with a
colorful billboard side - predominantly blue and white - 'Grain for
Carlton and United Breweries' or similar.  A pleasing colourful
addition to the ever changing rail scene - a great challenge for up to
the minute modellers!

Anyone have any further gen about this wagon and if there are likely
to be any more ? 

How long has it been since V/line or its predecessors sold advertising
space on their rail vehilces ?
