Echuca A2 and WCR steam update.

D3.688 was originally sold by MRPS to Murray Valley Railway around 
the end of 1995. It was still at then MRPS depot at HMAS Cerberus at 
the time the MRPS shifted out. In the previous few months since 
arrangments were commenced by MRPS to shift, MVR didn't, to my 
knowledge, answer any letters sent by MRPS or the Royal Australian 
Navy.

AFAIK ownership transferred to WCR by the date of the move, Oct 11-12 
1997. Is MVR still in existance? If yes, then why did ownership 
transfer to WCR. MRPS had been paid all the money it asked for in the 
sale.
