This is essentially not against the rules. The rule states that there must be two white marker lights displayed on the
fron of the train. It doesn't say which ones. The three lights for the East Hills line is against the rules. The old
marker light designations were all dropped following the introduction of tangaras, which were not fitted with position
marker lights.
