90775 was named "Dame Vera Lynne" after the famous singer. It was a
recognition of her morale boosting eforts during WWII, as is her title. Call
it tacky if you will, but I feel that it is a memorial to the glimmers of
hope that shone through those dark times.

For the TV Series, the name was altered to "The Vera Lynne", which along with
"Britannia" being renamed "The Flying Kiltie" for an episode of Hart To Hart
(Robert Wagner & Stephanie Powers) is really tacky.
