Let's get serious about this Geelong line thing. Electrify all the way,
plus thru the tunnel, upgrade the line to 160 kmh, run a suburban style
EMU service with a high frequency of trains and instead of upgrading the
freeway to accomodate the extra load of traffic, divert the traffic to
rail. Costs less and is a safer mode of transport..
