I believe that the area that you refer to is part of the Goonyella coal
system. It starts at Dalrymple Bay and Hat Point coal ports, crosses the
main north coast line at Yukan near Sarina, the heads west to coal mines at
places such as Goonyella, Oaky Creek and Blair Athol. All these lines are
wired totaling about 720 single track kilometres of electrification in that
particular system
