I like the bit about being a union rep too. I know I have come into this
late, but if you are as you say a union rep God help the people you
represent. Your short sightedness is staggering. The whole point seems to
have gone right over your head. These blokes have been sacked for the simple
reason that they belong a union. Nothing more nothing less. Don't ever lose
sight of that. They have been sacked illegally.
