Further news. The train has arrived in Melbourne but has been blocked by
MUA members at the entrance to the appleton dock terminal. The train waited
for some time outside the gates, unable to enter the terminal and was forced
to move back into the Dynon rail area, not remaining on the appleton dock
sidings.
