I was told this by a Junee driver back in January.
Originally it was thought the Victorian Ergulator General would not allow
this as it would be "anti-compeditive", however if the government wants to
keep Wisconsin Central out (which is why the same is being delayed), they
may just allow it.
In any case, you'll see FreightCorp running its own trains through to
Melbourne later this year.
