Pelton to close

It was announced that the Ellalong / Pelton mine will be closing on
8/5/98. As the SMR is now down to one train a day it won't take long to
clear the stockpile. I would suggest that if you want photos of trains
on the SMR then get there before 8/5 as the line will certainly close
soon after.
