Hi,

noted today:

Ticket Vending Machines have been installed at Rosanna (both platforms)
on the Hurstbridge line.  The machines were literally 'under wraps' -
wrapped up in biggish tarpualain type covers, securely padlocked over
the machines.  Also in place were some waist-high towers - I would
expect these are for ticket validators.  There are 3 on platform 1. 
Didn't look on P2 on my way home.

Also noticed that the dummy barriers in the subway at Spencer St have
been moved closer to platform 14.  Has similar progress been made at
Flinders St barriers?
