Built by English Electric at Rocklea, Brisbane QLD between
1966 and 1971. Four were built for Goldsworthy Mining Limited,
Western Australia. Two were built for the Western Australian
Government Railway and later purchased by Goldsworthy Mining
Limited. Goldsworthy Mining Limited was taken over by BHP Iron Ore
and the six locomotives were purchased by BHP Port Kembla in 1992.
