Seems to be the train system is not having much luck lately. I had to
catch a train from Platfrom 2 at Melb Central to Richmond to get a
Belgrave/Lylidale train because of something that happened at Parlenment
Station, this was about 2:30pm.

About a week ago I was on the train to Belgrave, we left Hearterdale at
5:56 and arrived in the up platform at ringwood at 6:25. Only taking 29
minutes to go 1.8 km which should take 2 minutes max. At Ringwood they
emptied the train and put the Belgrave passengers on a Bus to Upper
Ferntree Gully.
There were very long cues for the bus since there was a Belgrave train
every 10 minutes or so and a Bus every 7-8 minutes and a train load of
passengers doesn't fit onto one bus.
