AFAIK There are no speed restricted bridges on the Western line; the only
restriction that applies to CLP, C, and NR classes that does not apply to
other locos is a 15 km/h restriction when shunting onto the Hopetoun and
Murtoa lines at Dimboola and Murtoa.
