I believe the 81 was filched from a Blayney freighter to assist the
ailig CLP's. I observed the inbound working that mornign at Rydal
where 9 was doing all the work and 12 was quiet. They were both
working up Zig Zag, however.

Through Molong 0720, chased it to Lithgow arr 1120. It kept going, so
the problem had better not be with the clearances on the UP!.
