Yep. The Cronulla/Waterfall, South Coast, Penrith/Richmond and Carlinford
lines all got new timetables effective 19 October 1997.
Interestingly enough, City Rail has now renamed the Cronulla and Waterfall
lines to Illawarra Line, a term that was dropped from public timetables a
few years ago. So now we have the amusing situation of CityRail calling
the suburban lines to Cronulla and Waterfall "Illawarra Line" and the line
beyond Waterfall to Bomaderry(Nowra) "South Coast Line". Funny because
Illawarra means South Coast in aboriginal dialect.
