>From what I have heard from people who work for AES Prodata who I
believe are part of Onelink, a lot of the machines are ready to go
tomorrow 'at the flick of a switch' but Onelink are not prepared to
switch them on until they have been paid for Stage One which the
government has not done yet (which the media have said is one of the
issues - there was an interesting article several weeks back in
Saturdays Age). From what I have seen, many of the machines seem to be
powered up with 'Not In Service' on the SMALL LCD panel on the front -
on both stations and some trams.
