On time running figures are measured for about 3 hours in the morning
and 3 hours in the evening peak mon - fri only. If it was 24 hours per
day 7 days per week it would be about 30%. And no skip stop trains or
those terminated short of their destination are not counted. It is how
they arrive at their terminating station. You should know by now that
statistics can produce any outcome you wish.
