I think you would probably find that off-peak figures would be a bit
better than that.

I spoke with Passenger Fleet Maintenance, and had a look at the on-time
running sheet. The trains are sorted into:
On Time: Usually around 190-210
3-5 Mins Late: Usually around 10-20
6-10 Mins Late: Usually around 1-5
>10 Mins Late: Usually around 0-1Cancelled: Usually around 0-1

All late and cancelled trains are taken into the equation.
