Alternative transit for university

I am a first year transportation planning grad student at FSU and am
working as a grad assist in the office of alternative transportation here
on campus. My boss, Martin Guttenplan, and myself are seeking information
on alternative means to reduce vehicle trips to, from and on campus. I
have spoken with UNC-Chapel Hill about their usage of mini-vans, but we
are looking at more radical systems like monorails, trolleys or trams to
move students, faculty, ane employees around campus.

Addtionally, we would like it to be expandable to include a one or two
mile radius of campus.

If anyone has any info on systems and especially funding methods please
post or e-mail to ssantamaria@nettally.com or
BIKES_SGA_at_OGBPO@admin.fsu.edu

Thanks,
