OK - Error of fact. Sefton Park Junctions is 20.657 kms from Sydney.
Cabramatta is 31.991 kms VIA GRANVILLE!!! This is where you are
getting your 11.334 kms from, but it is wrong. Cabramatta via Sefton
is only 28.450 kms from Sydney, which means that the distance between
Sefton Park Jctn and Cabramatta is only 7.793 kms. Therefore, the
average speed for 5 minutes over 7.793 kms is only 94 km/h.

It does 160 km/h at Mt Druitt.

7 minutes over this section is an average speed of 67 km/h.

For comparison purposes, the following trains run this sections to the
following times (many are stuck behind all stations trains. Times are
all Weekdays times.

ST-1 6 minutes 78 km/h
ST-2 6 minutes 78 km/h
ST-3 7 minutes 67 km/h
ST-4 7 minutes 67 km/h
SP19 9 minutes 52 km/h
SP20 5 minutes 94 km/h
SP21 6 minutes 78 km/h
SP22 8 minutes 58 km/h
SP23 8 minutes 58 km/h
SP24 6 minutes 78 km/h
All stations Trains - 12 minutes on the up (39 km/h) and 13 minutes
on the down (36 km/h)
