I recall that these carriages were stored at Spotswood Depot for some time,
and that they were burnt out at some stage (arson, I think). This was several
years ago (mid-late 80's, I think - its several years ago now!). We saw them
while on a MRPS visit to the Depot and North Williamstown Museum.
