The Victorian Dept. of Infrastructure has placed an advertising in
today's (3/5/97) "Saturday Age" (p. A32) on the above tender. It wants
to appoint a consultant "to define and analyse a comprehensive set of
options and develop the detailed terms of purchasing agreements to be
negotiated with private operators of public transport services
(metropolitan train, tram/light rail and country passenger)".
