Is the C17 running with or without a brick arch? The D17 wasn't when I saw
(and drove) her in 1992.

Blair Athol is probably very good for the sort of work your loco does. It
has one of the lowest, if not _the_ lowest ash contents of any Australian
coal (8%) and a very low sulphur content (0.3%). On the down side, it is
one of the wettest black coals in Australia, 16% moisture as received.
