There are several great places for photos.
Parwan curves, just on the up side of Bacchus Marsh.
Porcupine Hill, Bendigo line.
Lara, Geelong line. Traffic on two gauges and a nice disused ballast
loading ramp as a vantage point. (Safety vest recommended)
Heathcote Junction, north east line. Trains work hard in both directions.
