Seen in use by contractors extending National Rails Melbourne Freight
Terminal was KI 1065, a 4 wheel NSW coal hopper lookalike painted yellow
and being towed about by a track machine as the 4 wheeler had no drawgear.
It showed by (by road????) about 20/6 and was in use earlier this week for
a couple of days. Currently off rail in MFT near the Dynon Road fence at
the Footscray end.
Anyone got any info, history, etc????????
