This is the same wagon that Rod Smith and myself saw on tram tracks in
Dandenong Road when Barclay Mowlem (Goninan?) were relaying the tram
reserve.

Refer June RNV page 33 and Rod's posting under "Dandenong Road Tram
works" in this ng for 04/06/97.
