Locomotive Page Update

The Locomotive Page is now complete, with information for all
operators locomotives now online, along with model and serial numbers.
The URL is:

Around the end of the year, I will begin adding descriptions, more
information, and more links within the page and to outside pages.

Note: As I have a 2-week break from uni coming up, e-mail repsonses
will be delayed for that period.
