Wirth Bros. Circus Trains within NSW

Until the early 1960s, Worth Bros. Circus travelled around NSW (and
also in other States) using its own special train. Very little has
been written about these operations. However, the April/May 1997
issue of "The Railway News", published by the NSW School Railway Clubs
Association , includes an article on the subject, supported with both
colour and black & white illustrations of the NSW train. (

Further information, including a colour print of the Circus Train
nearing Young in December 1957 behind double standard goods, can be
found on the Association's page<http://www.ozemail.com.au/`nswsrca>,
under The Railway News - Current Front Page.

I am seeking further information on the operation of Circus Train
operations within NSW (the only other article I have found is in an
old Australian Model Railway Magazine. Does anyone have any further
references, of can they advise me of any book published on the Wirth
Bros. Circus? I would also like to make contact with any historical
(Australian) Circus association who may be avble to assist in the
documentation of Circus Train operations within NSW.

Any assistance, or line of direction for further inquiries, would be
greatly appreciated.
