Consist was S302+S300+B61, PCP292, BZ269, BRS224, BS206, ACZ252.

Note the ACZ was at the West end - it was attached there after having
all axles replaced at WMB the previous day, and was re-marshalled at the
East end before forming 8217. I suspect B61 was used account flat
batteries on B76, hence it couldn't be started to run 8220 (there's a
reason for the batteries running flat, they're not flat as such!). B76
was on 8232 - may have been either jump started using the loco off 8207,
or our Maintenance Foreman (and Electrician) may have started it (has a
few tricks up his sleeve). The S's were coupled back to back, all three
loco's then went out to Dynon, S302 was turned and ran 8217, S300 (with
"Merry Christmas" headboard) was on 8237. S311 ran 8207 and 8246.

Cheers,
Craig.
