Homepage update

Because my provider has changed to a new and faster (so they say, but I 
don't 
believe a thing about that speed) platform, my homepage has a new URL:
http://home.wxs.nl/~richard.krol

At the same time I've made some changes.

1. new indexpage (shorter and faster)
2. a 'picture of the month' with my best picture
3. new subpage about modelling (sorry, only in dutch, for some people 
equal to 
double dutch)
4. some new pictures on my picture subpage
