Maribyrnong River Line

As part of my usual sticky-beak on this line, the rails have now quite
rusted over and no train seems to have visited these tracks in at
least in the last 3 months or so. At the end of the line, there is a
rake of wagons consisting of 2 x VFPX's and 16 x VHEF's in one of the
sidings, all running wheel surfaces are rust coated.

Does anyone know of the current purpose of this line and its future?
