Guess what? The IP departed on time out of Adelaide for Perth tonight (5
Dec) at 6pm.
Air Conditioning in Keswick Terminal is finally working!
Apparently there is no Ecom. class seating left between
Perth-Adelaide-Sydney until the New Year. Why does GSR not use the some
of the spare sit-up cars that are sitting idle in the yard at Keswick
getting new coats of paint courtesy of the local grafitti artists.
On a slave labour issue can someone confirm that casuals working the
Overland are only being paid for 5 hours in total for a return trip to
Melb.??
