Rod, this is total bullshit.

You are either too late for April 1st or way too early for the next
year's.

There is no factual information contained in it. You have not detailed
who the US consultant is or your source for this information. I think
it is highly irresponsible of you to post it as such.

Given your position as editor of RNV, please re-consider posting such
utter and total crap in the future if you wish to remain a credible
source.
